Okay here is an update i tried the krispykreme thing and the next day i also lowered my carb intake and i finally got to losing weight again. So i dont know what did it but i am just happy i am losing

Okay so i know everyone has gone through the stalls but i can not seem to get out of this. Any suggestions will help already spoke to nutritionist and doc they say it happens been at same weight for a month and two weeks. Starting weight 391 sw 375 cw 295 surgery date 12/5/16. Daily calories 1000 to 1200 carbs nut says about 60, protein 80, i walk daily for fifty min.
