Tomorrow makes month 2 for me and I can honestly say I feel great I am 255 and my starting weight was 286 I'm loosing a lot of weight in my waist though but I wonder when does it start like in my face, stomach, other areas don't get me wrong I am HAPPY! But when I look in the mirror I don't see 255 I see a little more IMG_1984.JPG

Great job! I went through the same thing and didn't feel like I saw any changes in the first few months, but others kept saying I looked better. It wasn't until last month, month 3 for me, that I saw it only after having my picture taken in a group photo (not selfie) that I was amazed with the difference. You may not see it yet, but you will soon. Keep up the great work!

I have a hard time seeing the weight loss too. But I'm wearing clothes in my closet that I couldn't wear before. And today, i noticed that I have more room in my recliner and I can bring up one of my legs comfortably. I know that's a weird thing to notice but it's very noticeable that my hips aren't scrunched in this chair.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
