Vitamins and proteins.......

I'm having a hard time deciding what my best option is for my chewable or liquid vitamins and my after surgery Protein. What did you all use that seemed to work well? Surgery date it June 5th so I'm cutting it close.

My surgery is June 1st. I decided to go with all Bariatric Advantage chewy bites (not to be confused with chewables). The chewy bites are delicious, they taste just like Starburst. So I am doing Calcium, Multivitamins, and Iron supplement, all chewy, and taste wonderful. I noticed that any other chewables made me gag and I figured it could potentially lead to vomiting post op, so I picked my battles. My nutritionist recommended the iron supplement becaise there was no iron in the Multivitamin.

I use Bariatric Advantage chews for my Calcium. For multivitamins, I just use Centrum Senior chewables (or the CVS equivalent, which go on sale a lot)

Protein - if you ask 100 different people you're bound to get 100 different answers, but I personally like Syntrax and Unjury products since I can't taste the protein in them

Thanks for the input I was just ordering my Vitamins on Amazon & I've changed from the chewable to the chewy[emoji41] I'm supa afraid of vomiting so I'm taking every precaution [emoji16]
