My surgeon's office is submitting everything today, about how long does it take to be approved?

Well. I heard 15 days when I asked, but I am not close enough on the program to submit paperwork. Let us know how it goes. I have Illinois HMOx Humana

I was approved in 7 days...shocked me however that was 2 years ago

I just called Humana to see if they received it and the woman said No. I needed this submitted before they change the requirements for the surgery on 5/1 which is Monday. I dont want to seem like I'm bothering my surgeon's office but when I asked she said she was working on mine and submitting it Wednesday.

I called and spoke to someone else who said they received everything yesterday and she gave me an authorization number and said it normally takes about 5-7 days. Idk y I always get different answers when I call them. But I am happy with this one.
