Me at 480 November 2015 now 238 I had my surgery on June 2016 best thing I ever did!!!!!

Congratulations, I had my surgery in June of 2016 and I have lost 100 pounds so far. I was at 384 now I'm 270.00. I still have another 90 pounds to go. You are an inspiration.... God Bless

First you look great! I am a big guy too 445 having the surgery on may 10. I swear all I read is negativity mostly about it. How where u successful?



I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner you got to do your own homework don't let no one discouraged you all you got to do is follow what your doctor tell you and you shouldn't have any problems that's what I did because I did not want any problems as you can see I was a big guy as well the surgery was the best thing I ever did you got to do what's best for you......wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!

Wow....amazing you are. Congrats to you on your progress. I'm so looking forward to following your footsteps soon. I plan to have to Gastric Bypass. Still going through the process. Congrats again, and keep up the good work.
