pain in stomach

anybody have this? I definately over-ate the other night.

Last night and all today I have been having pain/discomfort across my stomach (under breast area) I can not take full breaths without pain. no yawning, etc can't lay down to sleep (uncomfortable). Called nurse said that I was most likely 'blocked' and should try Meat tenderizer. Did that around 2 pm. its around 11:00pm now and still no luck.

this is really strange to me as I have only been 'blocked' before in my throat.

Any one else have this?:help:

Well I am happy to report that the 'meat tenderizer' worked. This morning I woke with just a hint of the previous discomfort.

I wish this pain on no one........but I'm assuming if this happened to me it could happen to all........so be careful not to over do it like I did.:whoo:

ready to lose, glad to hear you are doing better. When I got blocked I used some papaya enzyme tablets, you just chew one or two up, it is the same stuff as in the meat tenderizer, only tastes better. I got it at a health food store. another remedy is pineapple juice. hope this helps.

i think that drinking water is what works for me.. then it gets loose and i can pb.......... gross. but it seems to work...... maybe im not really blocked, but if it doesnt go down and i feel that pressure, im gonna drink and try to get it up ... i hate that feeling........ im so careful, but it has happened before. i only eat a few bites at a time......... better safe than sorry...

I haven't actual used it but I have read the following:

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 722pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=962 border=0 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 722pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 35181" width=962><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 722pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=962 height=17>unflavored Adolph's meat Tenderizer powder also contains papya enzyme. Don't be scared -- I do eat some sweets - just small portions.

I also like to get something like gobstopper's (jawbreakers) I let them melt in my mouth then eat the sweet tart center. 13 of them is a serving for 60 cals.

You will do great --

how does the meat tenderizer work? how do you take it?

I found it in the spice area of the super market. My doctor told me to take 2 teaspoons with 1 cup of warm Water and drink it down. I tasted as if I was drinking a cup full of ocean water.

I don't know how it worked,, but it did!!!!!!!!!!

I am now keeping it in my pantry just in case!!
