Sally

I am a stomach sleeper too- I could do it at about one week out- I am two and a half weeks out now and it's no problem-but I didn't have much pain after the surgery!

I am also a stomach sleeper. Almost three weeks out and I'm still having to sleep on my back. Which means I'm sleeping poorly...will be interested in how long it finally takes to get 'back' to sleeping on my tummy!

I'm a stomach sleeper too, the first two nights in the hospital I slept on my side. (Very poorly). Since I've been home (two nights) I've been sleeping on my stomach. I will admit it is painful to get there, but once I do it doesn't really hurt (until I try to get up). But I've been sleeping a little better. I'm still sleeping poorly, but I was sleeping poorly for like 6-8 months pre op too.

Day 4, Rolled over in my sleep and it felt so good. It helped so much with the gas.

If you have something tight on to support your stomach, it should't be an issue

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
