Recommended Posts

I had mine March 11th 2016. I'm close to my one year surgeryversary!
So far I've lost 143LBS+ and I feel better than ever! You are going to feel unstoppable girl!
Good luck to you and everyone that's having their surgery this month! I am here for any questions you guys have and I can help with... I still have my guidelines I follow and that have made me successful with my weight loss.
Nana God bless you and welcome to the losers bench! [emoji1317][emoji173]️

Oohhhh I almost forgot beautiful people!
You might wake up with a lot of gas pain! Picture a colic baby... yeah that's how bad!
My surgeon made me walk it out, took me 4 hours to recover. If you have a cool surgeon ask them for Gas-X. It works like a charm. If you can purchase this prior to surgery, do so. BUT! Consult with your doctor first, as results do vary from person to person.

Also... nothing like that first poop man! It'll relive your gas and make you feel normal again! So do look forward to that lol [emoji23]

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
