Is it full liquids or Clear Liquids? For my full liquids phase I did Protein Shakes, strained cream Soups, and drinkable yogurt. That was about it. The soups were nice.... went and bought pretty much every kind my grocery store sold and tried them all over the course of that phase. My favorites were Campbell's Cream of Shrimp made with 2% milk and Progresso's chicken cheese Enchilada.

I'm on day 6 of the clear liquid diet! I will tell you that it does get pretty tricky because of the "head hunger" and cravings, but some of the best advice I was given was to just keep in mind that a craving is only a craving, it's not something you actually need! So if you can hold off long enough to just fight it, it will pass! Every single one! Another important thing is to just keep your hands busy with knitting, coloring, writing, etc. also just keep in mind that you can do this and nothing goes into your body unless you put it there and you are absolutely able to do it! It gets easier after like day 5 good luck!!

Sip, sip, sip. Take it slow and steady. I drank broth, mio flavored Water, etc. but only in tiny amounts so I had to stay on top of it not to become dehydrated.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
