Hiya newlife.

I am six years out now, but I had a little stall at the 4 month mark. I did not lose a single lb for two months... then I started exercising more, which was apparently the only thing that needed to happen to put me back on track.

I started small with Water aerobics 2X a week... then started back on eliptical trainer and pilates and lifting weights. Long story short, I lost all of my weight ahead of the anticipated schedule even with a two month stall at 4 months out.

Oh, I almost forgot... I improved my Vitamin regimen also. That could help.
