One thing you do to set up your day in a positive way?

I still have a protein latte (25 oz) every morning and still really love it. For the first time since the surgery I ran out a couple of weeks ago and they couldnt deliver for a week. Good god, I was like a bitch from Hell. I like the fact its a good chunk of fluid which starts me off in a positive way plus the 15g of Protein first thing is a good way to start the day.

What do you still do which helps set you up for the day?

Kate

Hi Kate long time no hear? I find if I plan my day food wise it's best for me

the less thinking i have to do when i first wake up the better! so my lunch is already prepared to grab out of the fridge, same with breakfast. I already have dinner planned and often prepped. I also already know what i'm going to wear. So what do I do with that time that I would have been running around trying to figure those things out? I have a good long stretching session to help my body wake up.

Not had a great year with this and that Chris, however just got back from 3 weeks in Cyprus and had a great time

Hope you are well xxx

Hey Kate! Nice to see you! I've not logged on here for ages but I am just back from visiting my son in Australia and feel I need to concentrate on my food for a while. I didn't put on or lose any weight while away but did slip into eating some weird rubbish, so have decided to get back to entering food on MFP.

Wow, I bet you had a fantastic time ! I am back on track to and have skin surgery on 9th of January so not too long to wait. Nice to see you too :) xxx

Well here we are the fabulous threesome. How many stones have we lost between us! Must be in the 20 s . Watch out for that Halloween rubbish. I had a Haribo thing last night to shut up my friends grandchild and I lost a filling!

Still running in the mornings god it was dark on Friday so I'm glad the clocks have changed.

We must all meet up !

Every morning, I like to weigh myself, log it, then review what I ate the day before in my food log (calories/carbs/fats/nutrition). It helps me stay focused... Then I usually follow it up with a good cup of coffee.

I agree !!

I add liquid vitamin D to an Isopure and drink that throughout the morning. Gets me boosted with 40g of protein and one of my vitamins out of the way.
