I know its not meant to come off as such - but you have people who at the most have maybe 5-10 pounds to loose and they are talking about how hard it is to loose weight - what an effort and struggle - then they look at you and say - you know what I mean. I know they aren't trying to be rude or hurtful - they all have their own story and struggles - but when you have these tiny little people going on about their weight issues and then compare it to my struggle - I find it so irritating and annoying - anyone else have experience with anything similar and how do you respond to them - I find my self biting back sarcasm when they do this

Or when someone says "she was almost your size and blah blah blah..." I took them out.

Years ago I joined weight watchers. They had this beautiful woman stand up and announced that she had met her goal weight that night. She looked like a size 0 so I was impressed until they said she had joined 9 months before and had lost 14 pounds. My mom and I didnt really know what to think. I told my mom that I had lost that much with one bowel movement. Needless to say we were cracking up. Not meaning to imply that I was not happy for her weight loss.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
