I have been struggling, so today is Day 1 again...

Thanks XX it has been a while since I have seen the land of the 200's. I get my first fill this Tuesday so I am hoping the numbers will continue to go south!!

I am staying on plan today because I am 10 days pre-op and I have to! BUT the scale had mmoved down this morning, so that is a good reason too! :driving:
