  • Popular Post

This is so awesome! My highest weight ever was 302 and I got down to 251 on my own but just struggled with the up and down yo-yo of losing weight then gaining for the past 3 years. food was an addiction to me and I needed help. I started having all of these issues with my health and I was so unhealthy. I'm so happy I got sleeved despite everyone who said I won't look right! I got sleeved 8 22 16, today I went to my follow up and I now weigh 214.6!!! I couldn't help but cry because I haven't seem that number in years! I still have a way to go but I'm so happy I let go of the negative people in my life and finally I'm doimg what makes me happy! I'm taking this journey one pound at a time! I'm just so happy!! post-296430-14726015261083_thumb.jpg

Congratulations on your success, keep up the great work. It's such an amazing feeling to see the numbers drop on the scale. There will always be negative people around, but you control you and your destiny. Continue your journey 1 pound at a time [emoji106]????

Beautiful, healthy you! Congratulations!

You come to realize that everyone that walks on your path is not meant to stay on it! Some people are not meant to be on your journey or at your destination BELIEVE THAT . Continue to be allergic to NEGATIVITY! I wish you the best for your new start and journey in life! Always believe in yourself...Baby girl you got this! @@SoExcited101

Big ole grin here.

Well done @@SoExcited101

You are gonna blow away those that were negative about your decision. You will get be laughing at their reactions when they each see you again.....and again after various time intervals. You will continue to progress and get to the exact place you want to be.

What a killer smile you posted. True joy at being in control of your health.....powerful !!!!
