Sex Soundtrack

ranger.gifI was just thumbing through my massive music collection and i was starting to think that I've what i consider a soundtrack to life. songs that when you are about to get down to it would be the perfect songs to make love, have sex, fool around, or FUCK to.omg.gif

I have given a lot of thought to this subject and i have many but the aways seem to change according to the activities that i have listed above... each seems to have its own rhythm its own flow.

ill start this thread with one a few of my own suggestions and people can follow in suiteclap2.gifwhoo.gifhungry.gif

Foo Fighters - tired of you / F***ing

Me'Shell NdegeOcello - Fool of Me / Making love

JayZ - ni**** please / Having sex

Guns N Roses - November rain / making love

Prince - Purple Rain / making love

So hopefully these give you and idea of what I'm talking about

The songs done necessarily have to be about sex or love or anything like that... it may just be that the bass line ... a certain guitar solo.. or a part of the vocals would just be the perfect sound to accompany the act of what you are doing in the current moment.

Thx in advance for the feedback

Husband does not like music when we are doing the do, unfortunate, because I love music. My favorite for getting in the mood was Moments in Love by Art of Noise. Good for slow kissing and all. For the actual act...Wishing Well by Terrance Trent D'Arby. Has the "right" beat for the hot moments.

This is too funny - I was just putting together a list to *ahem* break in our new fireplace insert tonight...:smile2:

Barry White - mos def - lots of his stuff is great

Quincy Jones et al - Secret Garden - one of the all time best

Usher - Trading Places - brand new and very hot!

Jordin Sparks - No Air - more romantic, great for getting started

Chris Brown - Take You Down

Whitney Houston - Saving All My Love for You

Teddy Pendergrass - Turn off the lights

J Holiday - Suffocate and Bed

Chrisette Michele - If I had my way

Jill Scott - The Way

Lemme search some more...this is fun!

Nice list lost a little with the queen of R&B..(rocks and blunts) but brought it back with the teddy p....

Well I must be showing my age. :smile2:

I like to start slow and get faster & harder as we go....

try this

Start Slow

In the Mood - Glen Miller

Moonlight Serenade - Glen Miller

Throw in a little lust

Vision of Love - Mariah Carey

Girl from Ipanema - any version

Get Serious

Anticipation - Carly Simon

Sway - Michael Buble

Down & Dirty

Nothing on but the Radio - Gary Allen

When the Sun Goes Down - Kenny Chesney

Midnight at the Oasis - Maria Muldaur

Cuddle up afterwards

The Woman with You - Kenny Chesney

You Belong to Me - Carly Simon

Totally in the mood now.

I don't listen to very much country but there are some very romantic country ballads that when in the right mood will melt a girl's heart and make her putty in a man's hands.

ROFLMBO at Watcher - there are some really good country songs out there that can help get ya in the mood for lovin' - my hubby loves country music! He says its one of the few types of music that you can sing all the words without being embarassed at the language...

Trace Adkins has one out - "One Hot Mama" - about how his woman thinks she's lost her appeal, and that all he can do is try to get back the breath she takes away...it's a cool song. :)

There are others, but my hubby is better with the names than I am...

Dionna - I like a LOT of your selections - not so sure about the big band music, but I'll have to try it and see...

You know, when I was 25, I'd rather plug my ears with cotton than listen to country. After you hit 35, you become more open to new things. I know, sounds counter to popular belief that people become more fixed in their ways as they age, but I find that not to be the case for me and most of the people from my generation (X generation).
