9/13 doing pretty well. Legs and head hurt. Still weak but glad I did it.

Just a few days ago, the 28th. Was in the hospital overnight. Feeling ok, very sore on the right side, must be where the biggest incision is, feels like I got hit by a baseball bat when I move just wrong. If I'm still, no pain. Having a really bad reaction to the adhesive, you can see the square outline of the pad they used, plus a few circles from the monitors.

As far as food and drink, it's a challenge to get enough in through the day, I focus more on nutrition and less on Fluid. I do a Protein drink for two of my six planned meals, usually first thing in the am and mid afternoon. I've had cream of wheat, yogurt, chicken broth, sugar free Popsicle today was good. Really tired yet, still taking the liquid meds for pain. Wishing I could do more physically but I don't want to push it.

Heaviest weight is around 320

Weight first day of bariatric program was 303

Day of surgery is was 254

Haven't weighed yet, going to wait a week or so to get rid of fluids from the hospital.

Good luck to you all!

Hello my fellow September sleevers,

Today marks 3 months for me and I'm feeling pretty awesome. I went from a high of 210 to 169. My bmi was 37 not its 30. I'm only a couple lbs from not being obese. My boobies and butt have shrunk alot (kinda sad about the butt though).

I think the draw back to the surgery is being too poor to get a new wardrobe because everything is too big (happy problem right). Hope you guys are doing well also.
