  10. Just a few days ago, the 28th. Was in the hospital overnight. Feeling ok, very sore on the right side, must be where the biggest incision is, feels like I got hit by a baseball bat when I move just wrong. If I'm still, no pain. Having a really bad reaction to the adhesive, you can see the square outline of the pad they used, plus a few circles from the monitors. As far as food and drink, it's a challenge to get enough in through the day, I focus more on nutrition and less on Fluid. I do a Protein drink for two of my six planned meals, usually first thing in the am and mid afternoon. I've had cream of wheat, yogurt, chicken broth, sugar free Popsicle today was good. Really tired yet, still taking the liquid meds for pain. Wishing I could do more physically but I don't want to push it. Heaviest weight is around 320 Weight first day of bariatric program was 303 Day of surgery is was 254 Haven't weighed yet, going to wait a week or so to get rid of fluids from the hospital. Good luck to you all! Wendilin

  14. I feel the same, my surgery is Wednesday. I've been able to lose 40 pounds on my own, so I'm questioning if I really need it. But then I think that I do need it, but then I worry ......hope all goes well for you tomorrow! Wendilin

  24. Like lolly I meet my surgeon on the first to get my date. My clinic only has a two day prep diet, so it can go pretty quickly. So excited to stop preparing and start doing. I'm down 34 from my first appointment in March, doing well I think. We'll see as I am spending the first week of September on vacation in Breckinridge with my hubby for our anniversary. Best of luck to you all, can't wait to see where we all are next September! Oh, I live in a little town just outside Green Bay, wi. Wendilin

  26. In March I was 303 at my first appointment, I am down to 283 and not having surgery till September. Still have well over 100 to go, hope I do as well as all of you! Wendilin
  27. I put vinegar and a little baking soda in the Water when I cook them. I also put in food coloring so it's easier to tell hard boiled from uncooked. Wendilin
  28. When people ask me my goal weight I tell them simply "healthy". I'd be happy to lose anywhere from 50 to 140 pounds so I don't really have a number goal in mind, just healthier than I am now. Congrats on your progress, you have a great curvy body! Wendilin
  29. Thanks for reaching out to the forum, there are some amazing people here that can be a good support. My surgery isn't until September so I can't comment on that. Best of luck with your journey, it is quite the life changing experience! Wendilin
  30. @kat27641. Try putting an ice cube in it while shaking, I used to do that when I did slim fast shakes. Wendilin
  31. I order through the Vitamin shoppe online, good deals plus they are generous with the coupons and offers Wendilin
  32. I'm in Wisconsin, using aurora bay care in Green Bay for my team. I live half hour south of GB, work in the fox valley. Wendilin @@martm22 how are you doing in your first month? Wendilin
  33. @@Ruin's Angel, you are in a tough spot. If it were me, I would get a second opinion, you are in charge of your health and if you aren't getting the information you need with your current team, shop around! I'm early in the process and have my mind made up on the sleeve and all my care team agree. Hope you get answers! Wendilin
  34. I lost ten in 5 weeks, hit my pre op goal! Have to be careful that I don't lose too much or I may disqualify myself. Good job new me! Wendilin
