  1. Hi Everyone, I have my first plastics consult on Thursday and Im 16 Months postop, down 151lbs. I think ill need a tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, brachioplasty, thigh lift and butt lift and had a couple questions for everyone who has done this already. Were you able to get insurance to cover anything? Do plastics have payment plans?, or a plastics credit card?, How did you get it approved?... I fear I will never be able to afford this stuff but desperately want and need it to finish this Journey. I appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you Sent from my SM-G930P using BariatricPal mobile app

I feel like the scale has been the devil and its making me pretty depressed. I was dropping like crazy and then hit a brick wall and i dont know what to do! Eat less, eat more to keep up with working out or what? Please help if you can I would greatly appreciate it. Sent from my SM-G930P using BariatricPal mobile app

  7. My surgeons diet was after the soft solids when i introduced solids was protein and vegtables only till 3 months post op, then i was able to introduce fruit but only aloud one fruit a day and no carbs (bread, pasta and rice) till 6 months post op. Now i still stay on high protein lower carb diet, no real sugar only substitutes, greek yogurts, cheese sticks, eggs, whole grains and sweet potatoes only, i also try to drink as much water as possible. Minimum of 64 oz to at least a gallon 120 oz. I do love to use weights at the gym and im working on building muscle since that helps to burn fat. Sent from my SM-G930P using BariatricPal mobile app

  14. Hi! I'm 2 months post op of rny and down 57.4lbs! I am cleared to eat regular food except for carbs, that's at 6 months. I'm running out of ideas on what to have for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Right now it's usually a Protein shake for breakfast,or greek yogurt and a snack string cheese, I made chili for lunches or dinners it's usually a piece of meat and maybe a vegetable. I'm getting sick of having the same foods and I'm not making my protein intake everyday. I'm bringing in 300-500 calories a day and below 75 grams protein. 24. I was wondering if anyone else dealt with a burning, pulling pain either in the rib area or lower left abdominal area post op of surgery. The pulling started at 1 week post op. It comes and goes and I feel it most if I do too much. Feel great other than that, so not sure if it's just healing pain or something else going on. Curious if anyone has dealt with the same thing. Thank you. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
