Can't seem to get back on track

I had surgery April 8, 2014 and was down a total of 90 lbs. I have slowly started gaining weight. I'm now only down 50 lbs. I need to get back on track, but I'm having the hardest time. At this time I'm able to pretty much eat anything, and much larger amounts then I used to after surgery. Any tips or advise will be greatly appreciated. I NEED to get back on track soooo bad. Any by the way, I have not had a Protein Shake in over 6 months. I should prob start with those again as a Meal Replacement.

There are two phases to weight loss surgery. These are the "Weight Loss" phase and the "Maintenance" phase. The strategy for each of these phase is very different. During the weight loss phase, weight loss is achieved through meal volume control. During the maintenance phase, weight is maintained through hunger control.
