I'm getting sleeved on May 31St and i need inspiration to keep me positive. Maybe it's this liver liquid diet that has me so emotional or that I'm coming close to me date. Thanks everyone!

Hey there! You got this. The pre-op diet is no walk in the park. You can do it! It's worth it :) I hope these help to encourage you!

I was very nervous when it was getting close. I don't have before and afters yet, but after surgery last week, I feel relaxed and very optimistic. My biggest hurdle was being prepared with what to eat/drink after. I suggest that you start stocking up a bit now. Post-op I could not take the sweet Protein shakes well, so plain that can be mixed into any drink was helpful. Also, you will forget to intake, and you don't want to get dehydration so start putting your self on a strick Water intake schedule now if you can. I suggest 8oz per hour from the first hour you wake up... like first thing, then so on until 2hrs before bed. Good luck! Keep us posted. You can do it!!

Good luck! The pre-op diet is tough but you'll get through it. Stick to the program and you'll be happy with the results!

Here I am pre-op, at close to 350, and at goal, 205.
