I had the endoscopy done and he found ulcers on my stomach. He has prescribed me 2 medications to treat it but didn't say anything about me not qualifying for the surgery anymore. Because the ulcers are there does that mean surgery is a no go?

I had an endoscopy on May 23 and the same thing...diagnosed with ulcers. They did a biopsy and I go back on June 2 forthe results. I was concerned that this would get me a denial but more concerned about what caused the ulcers. I am not a drinker but for on a rare social occassion. I have taken my share of NSAIDS in my life for menstral pain though. I also read that it could come from the H-Pylori bacteria. I pray that all comes back good and I can get approved for the surgery. Yes, I go back for a discussion of the results on the 8th. But he put me on meds for the ulcers. I mean why would be put me on meds for it just to deny me? =( I'm worried
