My name is rhonda and I currently live in New Haven, Connecticut.. I am a full time nurse and receptionist at a clinic.. I have officially made up my mind to go for the lap band.. After being overwight all my life I have finally decided to fight back.. I have done almost all the step requirements you have to do for surgery except actually meet the surgeon and get a established date of surgery.. I think these forums are very helpful and I bless everyone:o on their decision to change their life just like I wish too.

Time will go faster than you think. My surgery is Wed the 15th and I can't believe it is happening.

:cool:I have faith time will go by fast, I am just upset because I have to have all my pre-requesites done before I can even meet the Doctor who is doing my surgery.. My insurance covers the bariatic surgery 100% as long as my Doctor is in network (((((yeah and he is)..I only need prior auth. for my actual surgery procedure.. I am just sooo ready with this.. Does anyone know how I can make the waiting faster?:faint::help:
