I used to add unflavoured Protein powder to my juices.

I also used to add Vaalia natural yoghurt to my V8/tomato juice, blend it really well.

Tasted great, but I had to stop drinking Tomato type juices, as it gave me real bad reflux.

I was adding Vaalia natural yoghurt to my Soups, also. Made them more filling.

Tasted really good :)

Isopure was the only thing that made me gag postop. That and my colonoscopy prep Fluid. Syntrax nectar tastes a LOT better and comes in flavors like orange, peach, caribbean cooler, grape, lemonade, and cherry. You can get a variety sample pack on Amazon. Or they sometimes have individual packets in health food stores.

You may also want to check out Nashua Nutrition. You can order sample sizes of dozens of different Protein powders before buying a big jug.

Syntrax Nectars. The fruity flavors mix easily in Water with no clumping. Mixed with Water it has 100 calories, 0 carbs, and 24 g of whey isolate Protein.

I know it's not juice, but I love the ProtiDiet Hot chocolate. Have it every morning almost! Also agree with the Syntrax Nectars. I love the caribbean cooler with the max Water amount and a squirt of Crystal Light Tropical Coconut in it. Tastes like pina colada!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
