How much have you lost in Month 1?...I just need to get a general indication

I know it depends significantly on starting weight, age, height, condition of recovery... and so much more!

But I would like to get a general idea of the average of where I fit in.

Thank you

I'm 9 weeks post op and down 40lbs. My 1st month i dropped about 27lbs. As time goes by i look at the avg of what I'm loosing and strive to hit that goal every week. I'm averaging 4.5lbs lost a week. Also i hit a plateau for 2 weeks right at week 3 post op which seems very common

I lost about 24lbs the first month. My weight loss has been plagued by slowness compared to people my size who had wls. It just is what it is, but I'm still chugging along. I was 386 on the day of surgery and 362 a month out. Unlike most people, I think month 3 was my best month.

Very inspiring. I'm now 8 days out and went against my own rule and gave in to the scale today. 13 lbs since day of surgery. Holy moly ![emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
