  1. I am 15 weeks out and down 61 lbs, yay! In Addition to cutting out the carbs and sugar and all that I'm attempting to go all organic, hormone free and all of that so the rest of the family is eating just as healthy. Instead of going to my typical chain grocery stores and reading Labels on every product are there stores that you prefer to shop in? While I know I still have to read labels im looking for a more health concious store where I'm sure to find more options. Trader joes? Whole foods? What grocery stores have been more bariatric friendly for you? Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

    Protein bars?

I'm not a big fan of Protein bars but I find anything crunchy goes down a lot better than chewy ones. Do you have a publix? You can buy singles of a bunch of different kinds to try Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

    Isopure ready-made protein drinks

I tried the coconut Water, blue raspberry, the punch and the orange one. I personally didn't like them. I'm really sensitive to after taste. But go to GNC and buy a few to try. Make sure they're REALLY cold when you drink it! Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  5. Surgery date 1/27/16 9 weeks out 40lbs lost. Avg 4.5 lbs a week. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  6. I do not have an addictive personality or addictive tendencys. food addiction did not get me to this point in life. That being said i don't think there is anything wrong with smoking weed. I do on occasion i don't get munchies or anything. I just sleep alot better. I would say be careful if your still having any pain because the coughing hurts! 7. I'm 9 weeks post op and down 40lbs. My 1st month i dropped about 27lbs. As time goes by i look at the avg of what I'm loosing and strive to hit that goal every week. I'm averaging 4.5lbs lost a week. Also i hit a plateau for 2 weeks right at week 3 post op which seems very common Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  8. Im 9 weeks post op today. I randomly get really sharp stomach cramps.I've tried to narrow it down to what I'm doing/eating/drinking when it happens. Sometimes it happens after i take a sip of something but never when I'm eating. And usually it happens when I'm at work just sitting at my desk. There's no warning signs and its completly random but the intense pain is almost debilitating. Any ideas? Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

    Gummy Vitamins?

I have struggled with all chewable vitamins. i do take the gummies although its not recommended by my dr. I have found that with the chewables (calcium to) i just cant stomach the taste and texture, I tried the ones from bariatric advantage that are "like a starburst" and they were horrible. I would much rather take a regular pill but i dont know if we are allowed to do that?
