My Dr also forbids gummy vitamins of any kind for life. I take the bariatric advantage multi vitamin and it has biotin in it. 5 months out now and no hair loss so far. Keeping my fingers crossed that

My physician told me no gummies at all. In the beginning they can get "stuck" and after that they don't absorb well so you're really not getting all you need to get.

I take them all the time. No problems but remember to chew!

Does anyone know how soon you can have gummy Vitamins post-op? I know they aren't recommended for the main Multivitamin because they aren't complete, but I found a gummy Biotin for hair and nails, and thought that might be a good solution until I am past the chewable vitamins stage.
BUT I wasn't sure how soon post-op gummies would be allowed.
Thanks!!
