  5. Hey everyone, I am 7 weeks out and I'm having trouble with some foods mostly solids. Whenever I eat some foods I tend to get this weird feeling in my throat like food is sitting in it.   7. Yeah that's all they said for I was shocked that it was that short of time.
  8. Yeah I'm on liquids for 2 weeks then pureed for 1 and soft for 1 then solids
  9. Eating solid foods early can actually do something to your system if you eat them early, when later on when you can eat anything, you might not be as to tolerate it anymore. Just advice, keep following by the diets all the way through Even if you can handle it.
  10. I had mine on the 13tj feeling great since I started the liquid diet I lost 20 already! Just keep walking.
  11. Protein is a struggle a bit but trying my best.
  12. Im 5 days out, I'm still in some pain but not as much if I over do walking the pain gets worse, getting a lot of my water in which is good. My surgery went well but they said my organs were very close to each other, they almost had to cut me all the way open! Thank god they managed!
  13. Mine was the 13th, going alright so far, getting full quick and that with only clear liquids.
  14. I'm 3 days out and mine is rumbling like crazy. Any suggestions?

  16. Hi! That's very exciting! Only 5 more days for us! I find the liquid diet fairly easy for me and now I also find that im not as hungry as when I first started this diet. Yes the chicken broth is kind of plain! I will definitely try the seasoning with it and see how that is! Thanks!
  17. Hope you get better, I know its tough! This will all be worth it in the end!
