Even with a 44 pound loss, I already have scary loose skin on my upper arms. I wear sleeveless tops and dresses all summer ... Does anyone have suggestions for exercises to firm them up? Is there a surgical procedure that can be done way in the future after I have met and maintained my goal?

Exercises probably won't do much. There is a procedure called brachioplasty, however I have heard from others it can leave some unsightly scars. Either way, you have plenty of time to check into it, because you need to wait quite a while after you stabilize you weight loss to have it done. There are some new procedures surfacing now that are being done that eliminates most of the scars. Take you time and check into it thoroughly. ;)

I'm down 87 pounds from my starting weight and I have some serious bat wings. I also have some loose skin on my thighs that I never had when I lost weight before. On the other hand my butt has all but disappeared. Do you think the could take the skin from my arms and thighs and make a butt out of it? [emoji6]. Here is my arm (just upside down [emoji123]????)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
