I'd love to see any before and after pictures of people who have lost around 100lbs, give or take. I can't even picture myself down 100lbs. I could use the motivation as my surgery date approaches. Thanks!

Wow!! All of you are so inspirational! Amazing!! I started this thread when I was still thinking about having surgery, no I'm 12 days post op and 25 lbs down altogether. I am looking forward to being able to post my picture here. Thank you so much for sharing your transformations.
