How's your eating any different from your first month? I'm excited that I can get rid of some of my clothes. I still have another 70 pounds to go before reaching my goal I went In At 274 now I'm 230 it's been rough at the beginning but now I'm finally getting the hang of it even though at times I crave

My rating if a lot different than the first month. For the first two weeks I was on clear liquids and the two weeks following I was on full liquids. I haven't really found anything this my new stomach can't handle. I had to start adding vegetables and greens in sooner than expected because my gallbladder did not like all the proteins in my system. Congratulations on your weight loss! This is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

For the first I think 6 weeks I was omg the worst I was getting acid reflux throwing up I couldn't eat not even a boiled egg and still I find bread even if it's wheat or grain bread I find it so heavy. I eat half of a steak and I'm stuffed I love this and I'm excited that that my 19 year old daughter got approved and what surgery date is the 31 of May next week ! I can eat about anything but I'm paying attention to my stomach and still drinking my Protein shake in the morning only. But other then that I feel good

Hello All,

Hope everyone is well. I'm doing OK....down about 46 lbs. I am very grateful to be thinner, and to finally have clothes to wear. However, I feel like I can eat WAY too much, and I am hungry all the time (for being this early out). I had concerns that my surgeon left my stomach too big from the start, and I'm struggling to keep my calories down. This wasn't something I expected. I guess I am one of the ones that never gets the break from constant hunger, and I kind of feel like it's back to the dieting days. The good news is, at least I'm not gaining weight and I have lost. I just fear what it will be like in 8 months, if it's this hard now.

How are you all doing? How is the weight loss and food (calories going?

im starting to feel depressed about all this. doctor said my sleeve is swollen i was hospitalized for a week because of very low potassium and dehydration. even Water hurts. i guess im healing very slow. Protein shakes i cannot do or anything thick im only on water and broth im always tired my body aches. im so miserable

Yadie2006 how are you? I'v been thinking about you and wondering how things are.
