Just reminding everyone to drink their water!!! I thought I was doing perfectly fine, come to find out I was severely dehydrated :-/ on top of that for the 1st time in my life, I had a seizure. Thankfully I was already at the hospital when it happened so I was cared for by emergency staff swiftly. I'm slowly losing, but as long as the scale is going down I'm content. Is anyone else struggling with a weird taste in their mouth? I'm over 7 weeks out and I still get pain mid chest when I drink too much or eat and drink at the same time. We have to take smaller sips. and I'm still not fully eating normal but I started regarding foods abt 2 weeks ago and still have to take it slow. OMG I've been the same way and I'm a month this week, sometimes I have a lot of energy but lately I've been soooo tired and my hormones have me allll over the place, my tears have been streaming lately and not even for any reason.
