  4. Oh my! I'm so glad you're OK. Have you had a seizure before? Was it solely from not drinking Water? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App @@Bluesky1 I've never had a seizure before, I guess there's a first time for everything! I just hope it never happens again Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  5. Just reminding everyone to drink their water!!! I thought I was doing perfectly fine, come to find out I was severely dehydrated :-/ on top of that for the 1st time in my life, I had a seizure. Thankfully I was already at the hospital when it happened so I was cared for by emergency staff swiftly. I hope to never go through something like that again Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  6. I'm slowly losing, but as long as the scale is going down I'm content. Is anyone else struggling with a weird taste in their mouth? I have it 24/7 no matter what I do and it makes certain foods and drinks taste terrible. I don't know what to do. that's my only complaint Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  7. I'm over 7 weeks out and I still get pain mid chest when I drink too much or eat and drink at the same time. We have to take smaller sips. and I'm still not fully eating normal but I started regarding foods abt 2 weeks ago and still have to take it slow. 22. I'm just wondering if anybody else who had the sleeve surgery ever experienced sadness after their surgery? I had surgery a little over a month ago and my hormones or something just feel out of whack. I have no reason to be sad yet I find myself incredibly tired and sad at times for no reason. Sometimes I think it's because I'm going through this alone, but i wasnt feeling this way a week ago. I'm just wondering if anybody else experienced lows and how long b4 it passed ?
  23. Good Luck my DE girls!! there's also a Greek Yogurt at Walmart that sells oikos triple zero yogurts in tons of flavors with 14-15 g of Protein per serving. Pack light 4 the hospital, plan 4 something loose and comfy for the ride home. Gas strips do not work in the hospital after surgery.
