I started my Optifast diet today for 2 weeks, then surgery on 3/29.. Anyone else using CHRIAS in Delaware? Or have same date?

I'm actually 4 weeks out post op, I had surgery Feb 23rd but I've been looking to fund people in delaware who have had it done

I'm 3 days post-op and am lucky to get in a few sips at a time..mostly hot/warm tea. How long did it take you to eat normal. .start full liquids tomorrow. Still get a pain mid chest when I drink. Still have some trapped gas. Thanks for any input!!

I'm over 7 weeks out and I still get pain mid chest when I drink too much or eat and drink at the same time. We have to take smaller sips. and I'm still not fully eating normal but I started regarding foods abt 2 weeks ago and still have to take it slow.
