Yesterday marked my one year anniversary of sleeve surgery. It's been hard but so worth it. Down 75 pounds and still going! post-226618-145170780231_thumb.jpgThanks everyone for the support, advice, prayers, and kind words! Happy 2016!

my one year anniversary was December 2, 2015. One year went by very fast. Can't believe it's already

one year !!! I am stuck between 169 and 173 for like three months now. Just going back and forth between 173 and 169

I will Celebrate when I reach my goal but, still satisfied with my progress. I lost alot of weight that I

couldn't lose without the surgery. So I would have to say 2015 was awesome year for me with the weight

i lost. But, 2014 I had the surgery. So do I say 2014 was the great year for me because, I finally made decision to

get surgery ? Survived surgery as it was successful.

Or do I say 2015 was the awesome year because , I lost the weight ?? I still look at 2014 as the best even though it was the end of 2014 because, this is the year i had the surgery.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
