Welcome to the group and good luck with your surgery. I assume that you are going to Poland because the NHS restricts Bariatric surgery?

Not sure what brands are available in the UK; I like Premier Protein brand, you get 30 grams of protein with only 1 gram of sugar; you want maximum protein (more than 15-20 g), and less than 5 g sugar...or so they say

There is a UK site called my protein.com. You can order samples (about 99p) so you can decide what flavour(s) you like before ordering a big bag. I use whey isolate, though don't have many shakes now.

I have my surgery booked for Feb 2nd, and I'm also going to Prague to do it. I'm flying out Jan 31st and coming back Monday 8th, so depending on where you're going/when you're arriving we may overlap.

Diet phd whey I order online in the U.K. Lots of flavones I had the bypass so had to watch sugars really like the strawberry and cherrybakewell
