Good for you for your public admission of struggle and request for help. This board is always full of people with good ideas. I think you know what you have to do though, Protein, Protein, Protein ... And get that exercise up. I wish you well.

Protein Is There A Quick & Dirty Way Of Just Taking It Instead Drinking It?
add Protein powder to 100g of 0% greek yoghurt, depending on your protein powder this combination gives approx 30g of protein. PS when you first add the powder and stir the yoghurt goes quite dry just keep on stirring and it comes good

What Do You Tell People When You Dont Want Them To Know?
I have onl told a couple of people at work, when others ask "what are you doing?" I reply "smaller meals, high protein and no bread" this is all true. If anyone specifically asks if I have had surgery (they haven't yet) then I have decided to give them the full version.

When To Weigh, Measure And How To...?
I measure myself weekly(same day) and I measure: bust, waist, hips, left thigh, left upper arm and neck. you may also want to add calf and wrist. Some people measure right side too (because I am right handed I found this too akward). 4 months out and a total of 30" lost

Losing Slow?
I know I have said this a few times on different posts but I will say it again - measure yourself. I am a slow loser (44lb in 31/2 months) and I do get discouraged when I see some of the losses that people post but I find that by weighing and measuring if one does not go down the other does. I weigh and measure once a week.
