  4. I'm an emotional eater, thank you for this.
  5. Good for you for your public admission of struggle and request for help. This board is always full of people with good ideas. I think you know what you have to do though, Protein, Protein, Protein ... And get that exercise up. I wish you well.
  6. 81lb down, sleeved 3April 2012, slow but sure.
  7. How much loss and in what time?
  8. Well done, 100lb loss is my ultimate goal. I currently stand at 48lb down -I am a slow loser (sleeved April 3rd) but it is coming off and I will get there.
  9. Sorry no issues, just wanted to say I hope you get out soon. Find a liquid you like and sip sip sip .... Best wishes Cathy
  10. Thank you. I have just replied using the iPad
  11. OTR as you use an ipad can you help me please? How do you post a reply to a topic, it is easy on the PC as a box appears but I don't get that on the ipad version
  12. add Protein powder to 100g of 0% greek yoghurt, depending on your protein powder this combination gives approx 30g of protein. PS when you first add the powder and stir the yoghurt goes quite dry just keep on stirring and it comes good
  13. Take your protein powder (20g protein) and add it to 100g of 0% greek yoghurt (10g protein) mix and eat! The yoghurt will go dry at the first mix but keep on stirring and it will come good.
  14. I have onl told a couple of people at work, when others ask "what are you doing?" I reply "smaller meals, high protein and no bread" this is all true. If anyone specifically asks if I have had surgery (they haven't yet) then I have decided to give them the full version.
  15. I measure myself weekly(same day) and I measure: bust, waist, hips, left thigh, left upper arm and neck. you may also want to add calf and wrist. Some people measure right side too (because I am right handed I found this too akward). 4 months out and a total of 30" lost
  16. Well done you! you are obviously doing things right and it is all coming together, keep on rocking that sleeve and you will achieve your 6 months goal.
  17. I know I have said this a few times on different posts but I will say it again - measure yourself. I am a slow loser (44lb in 31/2 months) and I do get discouraged when I see some of the losses that people post but I find that by weighing and measuring if one does not go down the other does. I weigh and measure once a week.
  18. I weigh and measure myself once a week. I find that if the scale does not move much then the inches do and it stops me getting dishearted.
