Well my time away is over. I've had my health evaluated, and my cancer fears are eliminated. doc has reviewed many ultrasounds, rounds of blood work, etc. I am well. no ovarian cancer.

back to ME. back my health, and focusing on getting my regain to be 'relost', what a great week to start. got some new protein powders and pre-mixed, and stocking the fridge.

so excited to be back. ready to get rolling.
