Hi Ladies,

I have lost over 120 pounds and up till a month ago I did not buy new bras. I know... lazy, scared who knows...

So last month went to Nordstrom, was fitted and have new bras. Let me tell you - my back feels better.

So advice - do not be like me.... go get new bras for each 25-30 pounds lost....

I lost 75 pounds before I bought new bras, just got them this weekend:) I told myself I only have about 25 pounds till goal so I should be able to still wear them as it is really just toning and some belly fat I still need to lose.

I've gotten really nice ones from the thrift shop... no need to wait so long or spend that much.

What triggered me was when I went clothes shopping and for grins tried on a cute bra. I could NOT believe how much better I looked in the clothes with a well fitting bra!

I have went from a 48 DD to a 36 C so far. I had to buy bras early on because I had a baby 6 weeks before surgery. Love buying cute bras.

I definitely need new ones. My girls fall out every time I bend forward, well unless I'm wearing a sports bra over it. I hate the thought of spending money on bras!

I guess it's that time for me. I've lost 79 pounds and I look like a homeless person. I saw myself in the mirror at the office today, and turned sideways going, 'where'd they go?!?' Lol

I'm at 40C down from a 46DD. I had no choice, my bra cups were saggy and sad looking under my clothes. First I wore a few bras that had gotten too small. Now I just buy 2 -3 and wash them out at night. I used to love having a bra wardrobe, but it doesn't make sense while I am not getting that much wear out of them.

And here's a vanity tip. When you girls are sitting where they should be it makes your torso look leaner and longer.

I think it's because it's so hard to buy nice bras in large sizes, so my mentality is that it's still going to be too hard.

Thanks for the tip!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
