Surgery is finally tomorrow! 11/10/15

It's hit me today that I'm finally getting my gastric sleeve tomorrow morning. I'll be at the hospital by 6am so bright and early!

I hope and pray all goes well and everything is a success and no post op complications for anyone else that is going in tomorrow as well!

Positive vibes, thoughts, and prayers are appreciated. :)

Thank you everyone! The surgery went well but recovery was a bit rough. I had the worst nausea from all the stomach acid lingering around. Pain hasn't been much of a problem either than when I'm dry heaving or having the hiccups. I'm doing a lot better today and continue to ambulate as much as I can. I probably walked for thirty minutes this past hour. Hoping to discharge today and recover well at home. Thanks for all the support!

I had that nausea when I had my gallbladder removed. Good luck to you. Your recovery update is helping me to stay strong. I have six more days to go. So glad you are up and walking as well.

It'll be here before you know! I think the anesthesia just did a number on me bc once that wore off I felt a 100x better. The pain post op will be there but that's expected. Most of my pain is on the right side but I've been trying to just take the pain medicine at night time so I don't become dependent on it. So far so good. I was 257 pre op and weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 249 already!
