On cloud nine.."bread"

Recommended Posts

I wonder if you could make this with blueberries? Like a blueberry muffin? Anyone try it before?

I am sure you can modify just about anything. Use fresh berries as they are low on the glycemic index. Splenda or stevia.

Also you could even try cinnamon and Splenda brown sugar.

It would be endless possibilities for creativity :)

Add fresh finely chopped veggies, and seasoning .....

So many ideas

I make these and add sea salt to the top or sesame seeds, or Italian herbs before baking. Gives a really nice flavour. I make a sandwich with tuna or chicken salad, on 1 piece of cloud bread, so more an open sandwich. Perfect to take to work too or just snack on one with a piece of cheese.< /p>

So is this "bread" baked or eaten raw? Don't see anywhere in the instructions listed to bake it.

Yep - the all important lines about how to cook them has been cut from the recipe!!!

found it elsewhere - divide the mix into 6 mounds on tray with baking paper, and flatten a bit.

Bake for 30 mins.

Big key - folding the two parts gently together so not to lose the air bubbles in the egg white part...

Ooh ohh, I found one more thing - you can add 1/4 scoop of plain whey isolate to the beaten yolks - gives the rolls a more breads texture, and doubles the Protein.

Revolution Rolls or Oopsie rolls x some great variations by googling...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
