My Fitness Pal Premium

Anyone pay for the premium service for My Fitness Pal? I have the free service now, but I'm wondering since I will be using it a lot more, if the premium is worth the money--$50/year.

What exactly does the bariastic app look like? I went to play store and so many come up!

I found it, misspelled baritastic lol

I use LostIt. It has a large food database, and you can scan barcodes (even generic brands) or make your own recipes and food items - it counts your carbs, fat, and Protein intake as well as your exercise. It also allows you to decrease your calorie intake to your desired amount without the app telling you that you are crazy hahaha.

You can also connect it to your FitBit, digital scales (Aria, WiThings, etc.), MyFitnessPal, MapMyRun, and much more. You don't have to have the Premium for the basics such as exercise and food diary. The Premium is $29.99 a year and it is well worth it. It has really helped me.

Awesome, thanks for the info @@Namaste6

I paid for the premium.

I figured it was worth it since I'm on it every single day. (sometimes multiple)

The advertising was super annoying so that was nice to get rid of.

You get more information regarding your intake etc too.
