  15. I sleeve 9/29. I would say Gas X strips and use the binder if they give u one. Chapstick, slippers, clothes to walk hall
  16. Just wondering if anyone chews gum, post op? I sleeved on 9/29 and used to chew gum all the time. I thought i read somewhere to not chew gum due to it putting extra air in your pouch. I have chewed gum a couple times and seem to of been fine. Thoughts?
  17. I know this sounds really stupid, but how do i post a question or comment on my own and not just in a timeline convo? I use my phone!
  18. As @@OKCPirate stated, Gas X strips were definitely my friend in the hospital. Walk, walk, walk and remember, slow and steady wins the race!! Good luck!

  23. Hello @@bls01 i am post-op from 9/29. I went back to work today too. Today was great at work, did better than i thought. I came home on a pureed diet. NUT says anything you can cut with a plastic fork, you can have. Off the list of course. But why did i eat a few peanut butter chocolate chxips with my lil one tonight??? And then had a bite of her chocolate lucky charms. WTH is wrong with me. I think i was curious to see how my pouch would handle it. But, tomorrow is a NEW day. Best of luck to ya!
  24. I am 1 week post-op and feel pretty good! SW 255, CW 245.5. Seem to get all supplements in everyday, but struggle with water at times. Already feel like i have caved just today having a few chocolate chips
