  8. I sleeve 9/29. I would say Gas X strips and use the binder if they give u one. Chapstick, slippers, clothes to walk hall
  9. Just wondering if anyone chews gum, post op? I sleeved on 9/29 and used to chew gum all the time. I thought i read somewhere to not chew gum due to it putting extra air in your pouch. I have chewed gum a couple times and seem to of been fine. Thoughts?

  12. Hello @@bls01 i am post-op from 9/29. I went back to work today too. Today was great at work, did better than i thought. I came home on a pureed diet. NUT says anything you can cut with a plastic fork, you can have. Off the list of course. But why did i eat a few peanut butter chocolate chxips with my lil one tonight??? And then had a bite of her chocolate lucky charms. WTH is wrong with me. I think i was curious to see how my pouch would handle it. But, tomorrow is a NEW day. Best of luck to ya!
  13. I am 1 week post-op and feel pretty good! SW 255, CW 245.5. Seem to get all supplements in everyday, but struggle with water at times. Already feel like i have caved just today having a few chocolate chips

  17. My sugery went great! Thanks to all for the prayers and concerns. I was released on Wednesday and have felt pretty good. A little sore, but nothing i cant manage. Plus, I've had 4 c-sections so this is a breeze. This morning was a challenge with my supplement buffet lol. Have been sipping all day and got 3 meals in. Its gonna be so worth it, when everything falls into place!

  19. I, too, have a surgery date of 9/29. I have been doing liquid on my own, not doctor ordered. I try 2 shakes a day and 1 small meal.
  20. Im with Elode, I just started the liquid diet yesterday, on my own, not doctor ordered. Premiere protein is what i first tried in chocolate and it was good. I also bought some samples of Nectar today and will give them a try. My surgery is 9/29 Lean shake from GNC in swiss chocolate is good too!
