I dont know how to use this service but I am giving this a shot.

Where do you guys get all your cute stuff like the measuring thing for your weight loss and what not.

There is a web site called tickerfactory.com. You can choose all kinds of measuring graphics for lots of different things (cutting down debt, losing weight, etc.).

The 'Readers Digest Synopsis' of what you do is this:

- Choose the appropriate graphics at the web site

- Customize the data associated with the graphic.

- Then Copy and paste the result into your signature on this forum.

Congrats to everyone being banded! I am almost one week post op and I am loving it so far....the soups are getting old but I can' t believe how fast I feel full!

I'm in!! Glad to join the crazy ate club!! I was banded 08/23/07 by Dr. Scott Steinberg at Dekalb Medical Center, Atlanta, Ga.
