Amazing!! Congrats

  • 2 weeks later...

Congrats!! That's awesome! I'm 32 weeks (8 months) and I'm down 73 lbs and counting. I don't get on the scale that often but I have been at 223 for a while now. I work out and try to eat healthy. I'm not counting calories or anything. I just try to eat protein first. post-238494-14466449055396_thumb.jpg

My friend you look great.

I'm only two weeks post op and I lost like 30 lbs. I m worried that I will loose so much weight that I will look sick. Protein shakes are also hard to take down and I keep throwing them up. Any advice?

Congrats

You truly look amazing. Congrats my friend.

Dude, that is freaking awesome! Congratulations!

That's amazing! I'm just trying to get through day two of liquids pre op diet... I'm miserable right now. Hearing your success he's keep me focused though!!
