I'm 2 years and 9 months post sleeve. My journey has been amazing and still continues to be. Pre-surgery 315 lbs. YTD 163 lbs. I work out 3-4 days a week. Start with a warm up on the thread-mill and weight train. My diet is extremely low carbs. Eggs whites and mixed, squash, spinach, and other vegetables, chicken, fish, lean steaks, occasionally pasta with shrimp. 2 protein shakes per day on work out days. 1 per day on none. My goal now is to inspire others and share proof that with hard work and dedication ANYTHING can be accomplished.

When your forced to drink water for 2-3 weeks and slowly build yourself up you learn to be more aware of what your putting into your body. In other words sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to realize what you have or can lose.
