Protein Shakes?

I was sleeved on 9-3. Are the Lean shakes 25 from GNC ok? I'm drinking two Premier Protein shakes a day and want to up my Protein a little and drink 1/2 a Lean shake a day. I am getting some protein from my food intake. Thanks in advance.

I was drinking Premier too but after a few weeks I switched to Isopure Zero Carb (banana Creme, strawberry, Cookies and Cream, etc.). 12 oz. equals 210 calories, 0 carbs, 50 grams Protein. You just have to watch your carbs with Protein shakes. I have seen some pretty descents ones that like 30+ grams of Protein and only 5 grams of carbs. After the 2 weeks of semi-liquid and week after surgery (sleeve on 09/11) I would rather try to chew my protein in the form of chicken or turkey than drink it but I still have a shake in the afternoons to make sure I am getting the minerals and vitimans.
