I'm postop 10 weeks and down 70 pounds total since starting the program and 30 since surgery. I weighed myself today and I didn't move since last week. I know I've heard of the dreaded stall but is there a way around it/over it?

I'm post op from 8/19 and at a 2 week stall at 25 lbs....This inquiring mind would like to know also! From what I've read here, stalls are common...I think we need to just stay the course..and plow through. Although, it is discouraging.

They will happen, and I just getting out of one right now. They are opportunities to reassess. I had been losing weight with just the natural restriction alone, and doing great with Protein and minimal carbs. But I had not been exercising due to a wacky schedule. I recently stepped it back up, started jogging, and fall soccer started this week, and just like that the train is moving again. The next stall that happens after that will probably be a cue to change up the exercise routine or maybe even adjust the food a little bit (though this part will be a lot harder).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
