8/14 is the Big Day! Feeling very nervous

Is it normal to feel nervous, sad and irritable? Also, My surgeon didnt tell me to do a liquid diet just not to eat after midnight before surgery. However, I did the liquids going on 2 days. I'm just all over the place.....????

@@beingfree Normal! I kept telling my husband "let's just walk out, I'm sure people do it all the time" on surgery day. I felt like that right up until they knocked my butt out, which was on the sly might I add. No warning....probably a good thing. Just hang in there it's worth it!

I think its natural to be nervous and anxious, it's a huge decision to make but for me it was the best decision ever.

Best wishes fr tomorrow and a speedy recovery ! :D

You can do it. The decision to have WLS isn't something you did haphazardly. You researched it, prepared for it and now you are ready!

You got this! You can do it!

This will be an after thought and you will be talking about your post op.
